The following cases will be called on the Civil Trial Call Calendar. All trial counsel and self-represented litigants are required to appear in Courtroom 16 located at 3035 Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Santa Rosa, California, at 8:30 a.m. before the Honorable Elliot Lee Daum for trial assignment.  Telephonic appearances are not permitted for Trial Call Motions or Trial Call.  Cases not assigned for trial will be placed on the calendar to trail for the week of May 28, 2013 (the court will be closed on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day).  Cases not reached by Friday will be reset and given a priority status.
