In accordance with the Addendum to First Amended Omnibus Order of the Presiding Judge issued May 27, 2020, only those persons with court hearings in criminal actions shall enter a Sonoma County Superior Court facility. Until further notice, all matters set for hearing in this courtroom shall be heard remotely through Zoom. No party or representative of a party may appear personally in Courtroom 16. CourtCall is not permitted for this calendar.

The following cases will be called on the Civil Trial and/or Trial Motions Calendars. All trial counsel and self-represented litigants are required to appear before the Hon. Patrick M. Broderick by ZOOM. Cases not assigned for trial will be placed on the calendar to trail for the week. Cases not reached by Friday will be reset and given a priority status.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT the protection of public health and safety in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in significant interference with the Superior Court services and proceedings. CIVIL JURY TRIALS WILL NOT BE HELD IN COURTROOM 16 THROUGH JANUARY, 2021.
Unless a Request for Dismissal of the Entire Action [Judicial Council form CIV-110], or a Notice of Settlement of Entire Case [Judicial Council form CM-200], has been filed two (2) court days prior to the trial date, ALL COUNSEL AND SELF-REPRESENTED LITIGANTS SHALL APPEAR FOR TRIAL STATUS UPDATE ON THE DATE SET FORTH ABOVE BY ZOOM. The Court and counsel/self-represented litigants will discuss the status of the case, possible settlement, and a new trial date, if necessary.
