Pursuant to the “Department 17 Scheduling Order Pursuant to the First Amended Omnibus General Order of the Presiding Judge Re Court Operations” posted on the Court’s website on May 5, 2020, all matters set to be heard through May 29, 2020, shall be heard remotely via “Zoom” only. No party or representative of a party may appear personally in the courthouse. CourtCall is not permitted for this calendar.
 
If the tentative ruling is accepted, no appearance is necessary via Zoom unless otherwise indicated.

The tentative rulings will become the ruling of the Court unless a party desires to be heard. If you desire to appear and present oral argument, YOU MUST NOTIFY Judge Wick’s Judicial Assistant by telephone at (707) 521-6725  and all other opposing parties of your intent to appear no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing date.
 
DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES, THE COURT WILL NOT BE SETTING A MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE, BUT ENCOURAGES THE PARTIES TO PARTICIPATE IN ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF RESOLUTION.
