At a previous hearing counsel were informed if case did not resolve motion re: discovery and sanctions would proceed on October 26, 2022. CMC continued to November 17, 2022 at 3pm. If case not resolved updated CMC statements required. Counsel are to acknowledge receipt of new ruling.
SCV-267031, Burleigh v. Yang- to 1/26/23 3:00 p.m. re: service of cross-complaint
SCV-269368, Miller v. McComrick- Court apologies to counsel. Ruling requiring counsel to appear posted in error. Case is not at issue. Ruling on demurrer was recently signed. Defendant had 10 days to answer once order served. Accordingly, answer has yet to be filed. CMC continued November 3, 2022 @ 3 pm. Plaintiff is to file an CMC statement. Counsel are to acknowledge receipt of new ruling.
