CIVIL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES

Settlement Conferences held on Monday and Thursday are in Departments 18/19 located at 3055 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Settlement Conferences held on Tuesday and Wednesday are in Departments 16/17 located at 3035 Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
All Original Settlement Conference Statements are to be mailed or hand delivered directly to the Settlement Conference Program Coordinator, Luce Gonzalez, in Department 19. Parties/Counsel/Panelists are to check in with the Settlement Conference Coordinator in the judge's chambers for which their Settlement Conference is to take place.
The original Settlement Conference Statement must be lodged directly with the Settlement Conference Program Coordinator as listed above, five court days prior to the conference. Counsel is responsible for delivery of copies of the statement, directly to the Settlement Conference Panelists. Failure to comply will result in sanctions being imposed or your Settlement Conference being taken off calendar without further notice.
