The Court offers several online options to save a trip to the Courthouse.
This includes paying Traffic Citations, enrolling in Traffic School, checking Jury status, requesting Transcripts, accessing Calendars and Case information.

Family Court Services Intake Form
If you have a Family Court Services appointment you must complete the orientation process prior to your appointment. Click Access Now to be taken to the FCS Intake Form. There you will see a link for a required orientation video that you must watch prior to completing the form.

Daily Criminal Calendars
The calendars on this website are posted at 4:00 PM daily. While we are trying to provide the most up to date and accurate information as possible, modifications and additions to these calendars can be made up until the appointed appearance time. Any changes after 4:00 PM will not be posted on this website. Please check with the Court Clerks Office in person or phone the Court at (707) 521-6500 if you are unable to find your case or need more information.

Juror Numbers to Appear
If you have been summoned for Jury Duty check after 5:00 PM the evening prior to your scheduled appearance date. If your summons date is for a Monday, therefore, you may check anytime after 5:00 PM the previous Friday or anytime during the weekend.

Tentative Rulings
Search function is available! If you are looking for a specific case information in a Tentative Ruling try "SEARCH" on the header menu. You can search by Case Number and Name.

Traffic Pay by Web
You may use this system to pay and close your citation, or to sign up and pay for Traffic School (if eligible). You may also use this system to extend the current appearance, or pay due date, of your citation (if eligible) or to make a payment on an existing Time Account.

Transcripts/Recordings
Before you contact a court reporter to request a transcript of a particular day’s proceedings, please check the docket sheet for the court reporter’s information. When requesting a transcript, you may download the Transcript Request Form and submit it via email to the appropriate court reporter.
