Hall of Justice Relocation Updates

We're Moving!

The Clerk's offices of the Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma – Hall of Justice, which serves Criminal, Traffic, Collections, Probate, Records Requests, Juvenile Dependency and Jury Services, will relocate operations to 625 Administration Dr., Santa Rosa, CA 95403, effective July 20, 2026

Parking Information

Free public parking is available adjacent to the courthouse.

Accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance.

Additional parking is available within walking distance.

Please allow extra time during the first several weeks after opening.

Building Access

All visitors must pass through security screening before entering the courthouse.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled hearing to allow sufficient time for screening.

Pursuant to PC 171b, the following items are not allowed through court security. Security may confiscate the item or ask you to discard it before entering.

The courthouse is served by local bus routes.

A public transit stop is located directly outside the courthouse.

Jury Service

If you have been summoned for jury service:

  • Check your summons for the reporting location.

  • Jury assembly may be located at the new courthouse beginning July 20, 2026

  • Reporting instructions remain available online and through the jury information phone line.

Frequently Asked Questions

The new courthouse provides improved public access, modern courtrooms, enhanced security, and updated technology to better serve the community.

Generally, no.

Only the courtroom location will change. 

  • Signs will be posted at the previous courtroom locations directing you to the new courtroom.
  • You can also check the online case portal or the courtroom assignment page for your current courtroom number.
  • Court staff will be available before court begins to help direct people to the correct location.

Beginning on the relocation date, filings for relocated departments should be submitted at the new courthouse unless otherwise directed.

Remote appearance availability depends on the case type and judicial officer. Please review your hearing notice or contact the appropriate clerk's office.
