The Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma (Judicial Branch Entity” or “JBE”) is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services.  Responses to this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria and methodology outlined in the RFP, including Attachment 1 (Administrative Rules Governing RFPs).

It is the Court’s intent to award one Agreement.

The JBE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to award the contract in whole and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Proposers if it is deemed in the JBE’s best interest, or not award any contracts based on submitted proposals.

Key Dates and Deadlines:

• Mandatory Onsite Pre-Bid Conference (Walk through)- Week of November 17, 2025. An addendum with details will be posted soon.

• Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to solicitations@sonomacourt.org and must be received by November 25, 2025,10:00 a.m. PST

• Final proposal due date and time – December 9, 2025, 3:00 p.m. PST
