Civil Settlement Conferences

Effective November 1, 2022, The Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma, has resumed responsibility of the management and coordination of the Civil Settlement Conference Program.

Sonoma County Superior Court thanks the Sonoma Bar Association for their assistance in the temporary management of this program.

Please note that not all civil cases will be referred for a mandatory settlement conference.  Referral will be determined on a case by case basis by the civil judge assigned to your case. 

 If the judge determines your case is appropriate for a mandatory settlement conference, the information listed above will be provided in the Notice of Mandatory Settlement Conference and Trial.
