1/30 OSC CALENDAR/6012

The following cases are required to appear at 3:30 p.m.:
24CV01506, Arteaga v. Zimmerman

The following cases will be DISMISSED by the Court unless a party to the action requests a hearing:  
None.

The following cases will be continued to a further OSC or CMC calendar in Courtroom 19 (no appearance is required and notice will be mailed):
23CV01250, Dante v. Wingerberg- Court finds good cause for Plaintiff’s counsel’s absence at the last CMC. The OSC and monetary sanctions are now vacated. A CMC is now set for 5/8/25 3:00 pm for settled pleadings.

MCV-262518, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Dali- Defendant has now been served and has answered. The OSC and monetary sanctions against Plaintiff are now vacated. A CMC is now set for 5/15/25 3:00 pm for trial setting.
