The tentative rulings will become the ruling of the Court unless a party desires to be heard. If you desire to appear and present oral argument, YOU MUST NOTIFY the Judicial Assistant by telephone at (707) 521-6602 and all other opposing parties of your intent to appear no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing date.

The following cases are required to appear at 3:30 p.m.:
None.

The following cases will be DISMISSED by the Court unless a party to the action requests a hearing:  
None.

The following cases will be continued to a further OSC or CMC calendar in Courtroom 19 (no appearance is required and notice will be mailed):
24CV02482, TD Bank USA N.A. v. Sanchez- The Court imposes $150.00 sanctions related to the 5/19/25 OSC Notice, payable to the Clerk’s Office within 30 days. The Court will set another OSC Re: Dismissal for 5/28/26 at 3:30 pm.

25CV00288, Reyes v. Archibald- The present OSC is vacated. The Court’s Order re: imposition of sanctions remains in effect. The Court will now place this matter on its CMC calendar for 2/19/26 at 3:30 pm.

25CV01948, Jambois v. Ferretti- The Court will impose $300 sanctions for the failures noted in the 8/7/25 Minute Order. The sanction is payable and due within 30 days to the Clerk’s Office. The matter is placed again on the OSC calendar on 12/18/25 3:30 pm for failure to serve.

The following cases will be set for trial with notice to follow (no appearance is required):
