MCV-262197, Oportun, Inc. v. Aguillon- Monetary Sanction in the amount of $150 imposed on Plaintiff and counsel for failure to comply with CRC 3.740(f); OSC is continued to 6/26/24 at 3:30 pm for dismissal.
