The tentative rulings will become the ruling of the Court unless a party desires to be heard. If you desire to appear and present oral argument, YOU MUST NOTIFY Judge Gaskell's Judicial Assistant by telephone at (707) 521-6723 and all other opposing parties of your intent to appear no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled hearing date.

The following cases will be DISMISSED by the Court unless a party to the action requests a hearing:

The following cases will be continued to a further OSC or CMC calendar in Department 17 (no appearance is required and notice will be mailed):

23CV00783, County of Sonoma v. Chand—Continued to June 2, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. in DEPARTMENT 16 for further proceedings regarding previously issued OSC. This matter is assigned for all purposes to Judge Broderick and should be heard before him.

25CV04142, Alvarez Solorio v. Erwin—Continued as previously set to 9/18/26 at 8:30 a.m. for Jury Trial. The Court is satisfied with the Declaration in Response to OSC filed by Mr. Arnold on January 13, 2026. The previously issued OSC is vacated and no sanctions are imposed.

25CV02181, Cruz Bautista v. Save Mart Supermarkets, LLC—Continued as previously set to 9/18/26 at 8:30 a.m. for Jury Trial. The Court is satisfied with the Declaration in Response to OSC filed by Ms. Saab on November 13, 2025. The previously issued OSC is vacated and no sanctions are imposed.

24CV03475, Nationwide Insurance Company of America v. Vonolagi—Continued to March 19, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. for Review of Request for Default Judgment. The Court is satisfied with the Declaration in Response to OSC filed by Ms.Cicione on January 14, 2026. The previously issued OSC is vacated and no sanctions are imposed.
