American Honda Motor Co., Inc.—Continued as previously set to October 9, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. for Jury Trial.  The Court is satisfied with the Declaration Re: Plaintiff’s Failure to Appear filed by Plaintiff’s counsel on March 3, 2026. The Court vacates the previously issued Order to Show Cause and will not impose sanctions.

25CV01946, Hickey v. City of Petaluma—Continued as previously set to December 4, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. for Jury Trial. The Court is satisfied with Defendant’s Counsel Response to the Court’s Order to Show Cause filed on January 22, 2026 by Defendant Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit. The Court vacates the previously issued Order to Show Cause and will not impose sanctions.

Sonoma County Office of Education.—Continued as previously set to October 23, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. for Jury Trial.  The Court is satisfied with the Declaration Re: OSC for Failure to Appear filed by Plaintiff’s counsel on February 3, 2026.
